Crudites or salad sticks are easy to make and look so elegant when served in a small glass with some dipping sauce at the bottom. I just love this presentation. It never fails to delight my guests. The recipe is terribly simple.
Wash and cut vegetables of your choice into finger long pieces. Here we have used carrot, cucumber red peppers and celery sticks. You could use beetroot, zucchini, yellow peppers or anything else that you like.
Tahini Sauce Recipe
- 2 tbsp tahini sauce (ground sesame seeds)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
